of all imported and exported goods serviced by us [INSURANCE CLAUSES],

for ocean, air, road and inter-modal transport.

Terramar acts as the insurance agent of TUiR WARTA SA and provides cargo insurance covering the risk involved in transporting goods by sea, road as well as air. We insure only the cargo for which we arrange freight forwarding services.

We are a holder of the Forwarder's Liability Insurance Policy insuring forwarder's liability to the Customer and third parties for his failure in performing Fright Forwarding Order [Forwarder's Liability Ins.] and also of the Road Carrier's Liability Insurance Policy insuring road carrier's liability for loss or damage occuring during the performance of the contract of carriage [Road Carrier's Liability Ins.].
