How can I get a transport quote?
You can send a transport order by email spedycja@terramar.pl or via our online form.
Simply provide the shipment details, loading and unloading addresses, preferred date, and your contact information. We will get back to you promptly to complete the remaining details necessary for preparing a quotation.
What information is needed to get a quote?
Each request is different and requires an individual approach. For a preliminary quotation and transport arrangement, we typically need:
- type and quantity of goods (pallets, kg, m³),
- type of packaging (e.g. loose, palletized, crates),
- loading/unloading addresses (with postal codes),
- dates and times of loading/unloading,
- contact person at the loading and delivery site.
What is the maximum size and weight of a shipment you can transport?
We organize shipments ranging from single parcels to oversized cargo. Maximum dimensions and weights depend on the means of transport – contact us, and we will select the right type of vehicle.
Do you also handle customs clearance?
Yes – we offer comprehensive customs clearance services: export, import, and transit. We assist in preparing documentation, product classification (CN/HS codes), and represent our clients before customs authorities. We also operate our own customs agency in key locations across Poland.
What documents are required for international transport?
These usually include:
- commercial invoice,
- packing list,
- transport document (e.g. CMR, AWB, B/L),
- export/import documents (EX, T1, MRN),
- certificate of origin (if required),
- certificates (e.g. phytosanitary, veterinary).
