We insure cargo transported by sea, road, rail and air at our client’s request.

We are a holder of the Forwarder’s Liability Insurance Policy insuring forwarder’s liability to the Customer and third parties for his failure in performing Fright Forwarding Order and also of the Road Carrier’s Liability Insurance Policy insuring road carrier’s liability for loss or damage occuring during the performance of the contract of carriage.

From May 25, 2018, the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46 / EC (GDPR).

10. Providing your personal data by you is a condition for concluding a contract / accepting an order for execution.
