Transport of strategic goods for army and government
Dual-use goods are products, including software and technologies, that can be used for both civilian and military purposes. These include, for example, microprocessors, drones, thermal imaging cameras, GPS systems, industrial chemicals, and data encryption software. In order to transport certain shipments to their designated destination, hazardous cargo transport or air transport may be required.
Strategic goods include goods used in the military industry that may contribute to the production of nuclear weapons or other nuclear devices, in accordance with Council Regulation (EC) No. 1504/2004 of 19 July 2004, amending and updating Regulation (EC) No. 1334/2000.
Armaments, on the other hand, refer to weapons, ammunition, explosives, products, and technologies specified in the list issued on the basis of the Regulation of the Polish Minister of Economy and Labour of 28 September 2004 (Journal of Laws No. 221, item 2248).
