Maritime Cybersecurity

We were a partner of the “Maritime Cybersecurity” conference organized by Namiary na Morze i Handel during Transport Week in Gdynia. The head of our IT Department, Dariusz Ceranowski, participated in the discussion panel “Maritime Cybersecurity Challenges”. The panel also featured a guest from Kiev, Mr. Valery Tsiupa, (ISSP Information Systems Security Partners Holdings), who ended his statement with a warning “…they are already here” in reference to cybercriminals, and the head of our IT added that the way to implement malware can even be electric toothbrushes, whose users upload applications that count the time they brush their teeth!
